Pricing Policy

Pricing for our services varies and will be provided upon a consultation.

Salon Deposit Policy

All of our appointments are very important to us at Hair In The City. This is time that we have set aside just for you to be pampered and relax! All appointments receive text reminders 5 day prior to confirm and another 24 hours prior to  your appointment via our online service.

Initial appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the service amount for any services over 90 minutes. The deposit will then be applied the day of your appointment.  Your appointment will not be scheduled/confirmed  until the deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Hair In The City,  they are reserved especially for you to be pampered and relax! We understand that life happens, if in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice  text or call. All appointments receive text message reminders 5 day prior to confirm and another text 24 hours prior to  your visit.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Should a guest not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notification the full amount of the service cost will be charged to the guests credit card.

Late Arrival

Late Arrival may result in a shortened appointment time to ensure the next guests  appointment is not delayed,  please understand that service pricing will not be adjusted for reduced time do to late arrival.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Covid-19 Salon Guidelines

  • Please note if you feel ill, or have been around someone who tested positive with Covid within the last seven days please notify us. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment

  • Please rest assured that we take sanitization very seriously. Cleaning will be done prior and after every service. We will be honoring all CDC guidelines for disinfecting surfaces and implements capes will be single use and all towels are laundered daily.

• Masks  are optional, come in as you are comfortable. All are welcome.
